Hello,
Some servers and users get error on the WHM root side, " direct access blocked "

We have problem on FireFox browser, if you have this problem please use internet explorer at this time. We are working for solution and we will release update for fix this issue in this week.

The link is dead. I'm having FireFox issues so was hoping to find more information on fixing it. :)

Hello,
We are aware about that firefox issue, the link provide download firefox new version information and enable cookies details.

We fixed this problem with upcoming next release:

However you can fix the issue temporary by downloading new Firefox 2. If you still receive the error after the new firefox, you should wait upcoming new update v1.8.
