Hi,

After sending an email prior to buy the script, I've ask if the WHMSonic application would count the bandwidth each user takes. After having a positive response that it will count bandwidth, We've purchase the application and found out that we are not able to track bandwidth for each user having a radio.

The only way to figure out is to use bandmin to see the total amount of transfer in a month we are using on the server but any user can change their port number at any given time in their cPanel form WHMSonic so we are unable to track each one since we need to manually add each port to the bandmin config files.

We are we missing something?

Also firefox browser are not able to view the media player in radiostatus yet. Any update on this?

Best Regards,

Hello, the new version of WHMSonic has what is Dedicated Port (Users can not change their PORT)

And Firefox, there is a post that says that if you can, and if I tried I can be, that you upgrade your panel, there may be an error, may have a previous version, but you may wish to upgrade and thus have a latest version.

Hello,
Bandwith calculated by cpanel and add to user total bandwith usage by cpanel. All the radios running under the radio owner user permissions. If you provide 2GB BW to cpanel account thats mean user have total 2GB bw for radio also. You can check bandwith usage in whm at the end of the month for see the bw usage's.

About Port;
The users can not choose or change their ports in their cpanel, this has been included to latest version v1.0.7b please check your WHMSonic version. If your WHMSonic version is not v1.0.7b please contact technical support at: http://www.whmsonic.com/support/ (http://www.whmsonic.com/support/) immediately we need investigate and fix for you, this is not normal if its not v1.0.7b and will cause many issues.

About Firefox;
Yes firefox does not support normal mediaplayer require to edit manual but no need, we are working on new radiostatus script which is flash player and all other players included. We will release it as soon as possible.

If you have further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact technical support at http://www.whmsonic.com/support/

My version is WHMSonic: v1.0.7d. Quite strange when you say I should have v1.0.7b?

Note: You are right about the port number, it cannot be changed in the cPanel user
