- Please notice, " create radio without cpanel account " and " remove radio without cpanel account " functions are only available for current cPanel accounts. This means the user already has a cPanel hosting account with you.

- Automatic & Manual Radio Creation:
WHMCS can create automatic radios for only new orders and new users due to automatic cPanel account creation. If your current cPanel users order shoutcast you will need to use create radio without cpanel account function and the cPanel username on the order must be same as the cPanel username listed in WHM. You can change the cPanel username if it's different or blank in the WHMCS pending order above video showing that username section.

If you have further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there any way to set WHMCS up to have the it set the number of users based on an option chosen during setup.

For Example they have a set bitrate with the 64kbps plan and then they choose the number of listeners from a drop down and it's x amount per listener?

Most of the listener plans are standart, 32 - 48 - 96 - 128. You can set 4 package for different listener limits. However, I've noted your request into our to do list. We will focus on WHMCS module after new AutoDJ release for new features and new requests.
