View Full Version : Ability To Turn Off FAQ Icon in Control Panel

I would like to be able to turn off the FAQ button in the client side control panel or have the ablity to add support links to my site. If it is a feature that we decide to add and give to our customers, the support should come from us and not from WHMSonic. If there is a way to manually take it out, please let me know.

Yes we are already released information about that in v1.8 update thread, however the following two new feature available in v1.9 version.
- News section for cPanel side (Which root can type news and may advertisements)
- Support section included FAQ section, root can manage this section completely in v1.9
We will release that v1.9 update soon, thank you for your patience.

Sounds good Max, it is just we have a support forum, flash tutorials, chat service and phone support. The last thing I want to do is add plugins that have support links that go elsewhere other than our support lines(too much confusion), if support is required from whmsonic forums or from your helpdesk, it should come from the vender that purchased your products, not the vendors' clients that purchased the vendors' products.
Other than the issues I have found and reported to you so far, I do like your product...very promising!
