How does the reselling feature work?

I assigned reselling to a exciting cpanel username that does have a shoutcast(but is not set to a reseller in the cpanel way), i logged in and click "WHMSonic Shoutcast Admin Pro" in there was the normal features for a shoutcast, but there were no features for reselling or to setup a shoutcast.

I than made a new cpanel user(which is a reseller in the cpanel way) which did not have a shoutcast server, i gave it reselling privileges and i couldn't even access WHMSAP, it told me the normal error if you tried to get in when you don't have a shoutcast.

How does a user setup a shoutcast seller if they are a reseller?

The User must be have webhosting reseller account, you can only add WHMSonic reseller account for your current webhosting whm resellers.

- Do not click WHM icon in the reseller account cPanel to test WHMSonic reseller panel, it will not work !.

- First of all, logout from root and close the internet explorer. Login to WHM by using directly http://IP:2086 and use reseller username + password which username have webhosting whm reseller privileges. Click WHMSonic link in the WHM.

Why cPanel WHM icon does not work for WHMSonic:
This is happening for root user only, because you have root cookies with your IP in the server side.

By the way, External Reseller Account Creation Feature will be available in the next update v1.9C. Root will be able to add WHMSonic resellers without giving them webhosting whm reseller account. New update will be released in the next couple of days.

You can set 999 for resellers radio creation limit, that means it is unlimited.
