Is it possible to root to give different IP addresses to reseller accounts? If so, how?

Root can assign one IP for all resellers at this time, you will be able to assign different IP addresses for each reseller in v1.9.1 release as soon as possible. Please keep check new automatic updates for v1.9.1.

Next release is v1.9C

We are having issues with IP's because our main IP, on the dedicated differs from the resellers IP's, so basically, if we want ShoutCast to work on a cPanel account on the right way, both ShoutCast and cPanel IP accounts should match, right?

No matter, it can work with different IP and it can also work with same IP. You can assign IP for your users and they can use that IP only. You will be able to assign IP for resellers one by one in the next release.
