Need information about UltimateHoster

This maybe quite off topic but a reseller of WHMsonic is name James http://www.sonicpanel.com/forum/member.php?u=117

Person has been gone offline since few months. I had a paid host costing over $150 with his hosting. Person suddenly disappeared from here and his webhost gone done with no warning (Took my money ofcourse). I would like to know if any admin here ever heard of him ever since?
