Dear WHMSonic Users,
We're seeing lots of cPanel servers WHM/cPanel and WHMSonic version's outdated on these days. Please always remember to check your cPanel version and keep it updated also keep your WHMSonic software updated.
We're strongly recommend you to select automatic updates in WHM root update configuration. Selecting manual updates can be cause outdated issues and WHMSonic problems.
Why this is important:
Well, we're working with WHM/cPanel team and are keep in touch all the time, when they are going to release new features or system changes effecting WHMSonic, we are changing WHMSonic system or making it compatible with the latest WHM/cPanel system.
Example;
You're trying to setup WHMSonic but it is showing ioncube error during the main program setup. That means your WHM/cPanel version is probably too old.
If your WHM/cPanel version is too old, there are another issues like above can be happened. Not serious issues but we just wanted to let you know that.
Regards,
The Development Team.
